Cornerstone First Mortgage (CFM) faced a significant challenge when transitioning from Pipedrive to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for Mortgage. Before being introduced to Vantage Point Consulting, their implementation of Salesforce FSC and Marketing Cloud with another consulting firm (SI) was unsuccessful. CFM's Salesforce needed to be aligned with FSC's best practices. This hindered their ability to drive efficiency in support of their goals and objectives.

At Vantage Point Consulting, our team stepped in to help CFM overcome these challenges and build a system that would improve the customer experience while supporting their business needs. Our team worked closely with CFM’s staff to understand their requirements and develop an optimized solution tailored specifically to their business. We provided them with expertise in process optimization, data modeling, user interface design, and more to ensure their smooth and successful transition.

Our teams quickly got to work on the project, swiftly re-implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud and performing the necessary data migrations and integrations with Ice Mortgage's Encompass (loan origination system). We also provided training and change management to ensure a successful go-live.
